Epcot - Blue Fire Reflection by SpreadTheMagic on Flickr. 9/11 Reflections 2007 was the first year since the World Trade Centers fell that the weather wasn’t clear on the night of the Tribute. The low clouds and humidity shaped the twin lights in scary forms that were reminiscent of the clouds of dust on 9/11/01.
